Sales Executives

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for dynamic new business development staff to market our flagship solutions to first time customers in the Middle East and Africa.

Job Description and Responsibilities
Be directly responsible for the overall planning, coordination, functional management and leadership of all new business development activities in the assigned territories

 Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal closing:
          - Identify potential new clients through rigorous prospection and qualification
          - Conduct sales calls, face-to-face sales visits and first level product presentations
          - Orchestrate the efficient use of technical resources in follow up meetings and workshops
          - Ongoing needs assessment and deal qualification
          - Commercial and contract negotiation
 Develop and maintain a territory plan specifying goals, strategies and prospect lists
 Document and maintain up to date business development actions and contacts in the sales database (call reports, pipeline modifications..) and otherwise communicate frequently about business development opportunities
 Provide constructive inputs into the sales and marketing processes and material in order to constantly improve our approach

The role is based in Tunis and reports to the Head of Business Development, also based in Tunis.

Ideal Candidate Profile
 He or she will have background in successful solution selling over several countries in the Europe, Middle East or Africa regions in a financial services consulting and/or financial technology focused software vendor
 Three to five years professional experience
 Fluent spoken and written English and French
 Able to travel frequently for business purposes
