Client Services and Support
Axe Finance’s Client Support group offers to Axe Credit Portal users a dedicated team organized so that our clients' concerns are treated with a high level of reactivity and efficiency. We are convinced that a major part of our success is based on our ability to deliver excellent support to users and to make them feel confident in that support. The purpose is that our clients do not feel "alone".
Each client has a dedicated contact within the support team along with a backup contact. Our clients therefore talk to dedicated people who know their particular technical environment, installations and context.
Our client support staff are certainly not common "hot liners". We commit on reactivity, efficiency and quality, when it comes to support.
Selling and implementing Axe Credit Portal is not enough to make it a success story; our clients must feel confident using our product and this represents an achievement for us.
Support team profiles
Our Client Support team is a complementary mixture of Business and IT Experts that are able to address any request regarding the Axe Credit Portal.
They have a strong client exposure together with a long implementation experience. The team is relatively senior with high level profiles and not just junior entry level staff.
Since we believe that Client Support is strategic to our success, we invest intensely in the support team training. They are also involved in the R&D process at a very early stage of new features development and issue fixes.

- Business Expert : Masters degree in Finance (European University), six years in software implementation within International Financial Institutions. Languages: English, French, Arabic
- IT Expert : IT Engineering degree, five years of software integration and development. Languages: English, French, Arabic
