At Sociรฉtรฉ Gรฉnรฉrale Group we have to reach ambitious strategic objectives: increasing customer satisfaction by improving turnaround time and commercial efficiency while mitigating credit risk. In a continuously evolving regulatory environment and having geographically diversified subsidiaries (Europe, Overseas, Africa), Sociรฉtรฉ Gรฉnรฉrale Group chose axefinance to implement software aiming at digitizing the credit process through its international subsidiaries excluding Metropolitan France. We were looking for a long-term provider to help us with a restructuring project that aimed to bring consistency to our Credit Policy throughout our international network and to align subsidiaries to the approach used at our model bank.
